1)A recent example of the work of PSD Services is a contract to provide “Handholding Assistance” to assist intermediary organisations and private enterprises in the Caribbean in the planning and preparation of grant requests to PROINVEST (Dec. 2003 - Dec. 2005)

4)CDN provides Secretarial Services to Networks and Associations including the Caribbean Microfinance Network(CMN).

PRO€ INVEST is a programme of the Group of ACP States and the European Commission for the promotion of investment.
CDN has been involved in assisting intermediary organisations in project definition, ensuring eligibility of projects and applicants, assisting in the completion of application documents. Following the award of grants - assistance has also been provided to intermediaries in developing terms of reference for the selection of consultants, and support as liaison between PROINVEST and the intermediary organisation. PROINVEST supports public and private dialogue, Business Development Services, Company Matchmaking and Technical Assistance for Company Projects.
CDN-PSD has provided support for over 40 projects developed by private sector associations and by individual companies.
